What does the QiTASC team do?
The QiTASC team requires expertise that covers multiple fields of knowledge. The development team works together towards making intaQt® the most reliable, user-friendly test automation software on the market. The testing team consists of engineers who are experts in using our software and offers customers technical support. The IT team ensures that infrastructure, network and general IT issues stay behind the scenes. Marketing & documentation connect offer and user, while HR manages all employment, legal and financial matters.
What is it like to work at QiTASC?
QiTASC provides and supports a sustainable environment. Our international team is characterised by its family atmosphere. The company has a lean organisational structure: basically there is the executive team – Denise, Michael, Can – and below it an extremely flat hierarchy. QiTASC entrusts employees with great responsibility, allowing them the chance to show their initiative and giving them considerable freedom in the way they organise their work. The CEO is on hand to support the team if needed.
What does QiTASC offer its employee?
QiTASC offers free beverages and snacks including coffee, tea, smoothies from fresh, organic fruits, brain food, etc. Approximately twice a year we organise an event and invite the whole international team to meet for a 3- to 5-day workshop. Apart from the chance to socialise and exchange views in a relaxed atmosphere, participants also discuss new trends and new facts and figures, and put forward any ideas they may have for improving the various products or the team spirit.
